ASSISTANCE TO ACCESS AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT
We assist you in finding and maintaining a job. Rely on our services such as customising job opportunities to suit your needs and building the necessary skills for employment.
Assistance with Life Stage Transition
Our support focuses on assisting individuals during critical life transitions. We help participants maintain a daily budget, assist with crisis resolution, and obtain suitable accommodation.
Assistance with Travel and Transport
We assist with travel and transport services, including general transport services for various needs; specialised transport to educational facilities, employment, and community destinations; and access to rental vehicles adapted for accessibility purposes.
Development of Life Skills
We offer support for developing life skills through training in a group or one-on-one setting to enhance independence in daily personal activities. We also provide personalised training to improve social skills for better social engagement.
Innovative Community Participation
We help participants access and engage with mainstream services that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities. Through our personalised support, you can access more opportunities for community participation and employment.
Assistance with Daily Tasks / Shared Living
We offer daily living support for participants in shared living arrangements or individuals with lower support needs. This support includes help with personal care, daily tasks (e.g., cleaning), and medication management.

We help participants successfully navigate employment opportunities through assessment and counselling. We also provide personalised guidance on managing diet and effective community engagement.
Plan Management
We help participants establish financial management arrangements for ongoing support funding. This can be done through a monthly fee for ongoing maintenance or a one-time service.
Participation in the Community
We support participants in engaging in community, social, and recreational activities. This includes support during public holidays, evenings, and daytime.
Assistance with Household Tasks
We help participants with household tasks, such as yard activities, house cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and delivery.
Group and Centre-Based Activities
We support community, social, and recreational participants during weekdays, both during the daytime and evening.
Specialised Supported Employment
We provide specialised supported employment services, helping participants navigate the administrative start-up fee payments for their employment under the Australian Disability Enterprises.
Support Coordination
We assist participants in building the capacity to handle all plan administration, including developing service agreements, claiming payments from the NDIA, and paying providers.
Accommodation / Tenancy
We assist with finding and securing suitable accommodation, managing tenancy agreements, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. This service aims to help participants live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals.
